The
Temple hosts a number of cultural events by local talent and well-known
artists from India. Cultural Events include :
- Carnatic amd Hindustani music, vocal and
intrumental
- Classical Dances from all over India
Bharatanatayam, Odissi, Kuchipidi, Kathakali, etc.
- Plays (Dramas in Different Languages)
- Harikatha
Cultural Passes that are valid for all Temple
sponsored (excluding fund-raising events) one year from the date of issue
are available for a discount from the normal charges.

Bhajans and Lecture Series: The Temple organizes
periodical Bhajans by renowned artists, lectures and discourses on Hindu
Scriptures and philosophy and seminars of interest on religion for devotees of
all ages. Such programs may be conducted under the auspices of the
Cultural, Religious or Education committees .
Details of these events are posted on the Temple bulletin
boards, Temple newsletter and the Temple webpage.
Gift Shop:
Gift Shop: Audio tapes and CDs of musical performances in the Temple
are available. Other items that are available include the Temple
calendar, pictures of all Temple deities (in wallet and postcard sizes),
"Commonly Recited Prayers in SSVT", religious and philosophical books in
various languages and articles used for worship.
